There is a affordability problem, but apparently not this gasoline. There is clearly a major affordability problem when it comes to housing. The cost of housing has gone up much more quickly than incomes and ability to pay. This is leading to a stall in the housing market in many areas.

The "feels like" on the Texas coast has often been up to 127 for the past two summers. So 118 in Tucson (feels like 80) would feel a lot better.
