Powder coat is a pain to remove if you want to change colors. It basically needs to be sand blasted. Paint comes off easy. Paint is the way.

I think they sold recently. The old owner was horrible with communicating. The dude totally ruined that company in my opinion.

If oh rotate it and it goes away it was a steer tire. If it’s still there it could be all your tires out of whack or something else.
