Same here, shot the first one from about 25 feet, it instantly sprayed, I immediately retreated but the smell was already on my clothes.

Had to replace a broken fence post today and decided to give this expanding foam a try over concrete. Seems pretty solid, time will tell if it holds up, not a heavy load, it was convenient that it set up in less than 10 min.
