I'd try to score a set of factory 9s then if it were me. But what @jeeeep said. Quick google search should help, don't know anyone on here that has done so.

Yes yours uses 9 inch headlights. If you would want aftermarket 7 inch headlights there are brackets available to convert. I personally think the factory Jeep LEDs are awesome and otherwise if you have halogens I vote just sticking LED bulbs in there.

I think he’s referring to a Rubicon Recon JK (2017) before the JL and its “Xtreme Recon” package, which for the JK was solely cosmetic and still had 32s and 4.10s like a standard Rubicon.

What a guy lol. OP, I vote the 2016 with less miles and for it being bone stock. Get out wheeling with it in stock form and you’ll figure out what you want/need.
