I installed the solid diff covers today

Ok on a cold start on my Jk I hear a light shearing noise coming from somewhere near the front end and then it goes away. Also when I hit the gas I hear the same noise. I'm like wtf was that? Anywho any ideas? Have any of you ever heard that kind of noise before? I thought it was a heat shield...

Just got done painting the letters, not bad for the first time

Sanded the letters on my diff cover, tomorrow the letters will be yellow

so today I installed my steering stabilizer from rancho, the stock one was a pain to get off tho, but I do have to say after a test drive, there is no more shaking!

So I'm replacing the steering stabilizer and as I took the old one off I noticed my tie rod twist down. Is that normal?

finished project

I have a factory tow hook and a 4 foot antenna In Ranson wv, 20.00 for both

So it's been a two day project, sanded rust on the frame, then painted it, installed a hitch, and now I'm painting all my door hinges flat black. Then tomorrow, I'm going to install some shocks
