Mainly removing oem, pulling center console and installing new cables/sifters and reprogramming the computer for the new ratio. Not super crazy to be honest. But yes if you already have driveshafts, you will have to modify them/new lengths.

This 392 is getting an Atlas transfer case as the customer was crazy scared of what the internet said about the stock ones. Definitely a nice case. Basically everything removed to get all of the new goodies in. All of the DTD and long arm brackets are ready to go. Finally get to start...

I know even with the old style, it was a very very tight fit and to the point I hated the design as it was super close to rubbing the radiator. Here is the mounting bracket for the 392 for same cooler. Much better location. Not sure if it would also work with the Deisel, don’t see why not.

So that’s the updated cooler and looks like you did receive the correct bracket for the diesel. It does specify to cut/clearance two tabs on the backside of the grill. Did you do that? Here are the instructions, see page 13 3.0 Diesel PSC Instructions
