Usually on a diesel you need to drive them or force tests to be run for it to clear. At least that’s what I used to have to do at the GM dealer. Try disconnecting the battery to let it do a hard reset then drive it.
I think he is talking about the axle shaft retainer that has the 4 18mm nuts holding the shaft in the axle tube. If that’s the case it should be 60ft/lbs

Na sensor is shot. Diesel powertrain/emission coverage is usually pretty good. GM would cover up to 100k. Would recommend calling your dealer to see if you’re still covered under warranty. Not sure how many miles molar covers for. If not under warranty then replace the sensor.
So bank 1 (only 1 bank anyway) sensor 4. So sensor 4 is gonna be post dpf filter. Two things can set this from my GM experience.

It did have a slight odor to it but you can tell this guy likes it clean. Everything had a place, tied down and tidy.
