maybe swap out the turn signal module, haven't looked to see if there is a connector harness to the steering modules. Hell, I'm waiting to hit the age where my passenger turn signal is on all the time... maybe it's trying to tell you something?

have you tried holding the TC off button for about 10 seconds? it should flash for a second, and you'll see the ABS anti-skid off as well

electrical gremlins drive me crazy; sure seems like a ground issue. At this point, I'd either be adding pigtail ground wires to the taillight plugs to see if it helps or doing the Big3 wiring to see if it helps. I don't recall, did you already replace the IBS sensor on the ground? isn't that...

Sirius XM did away with the Traffic and weather portion, had the same crap on my 2018. Log into your Sirius XM account and send a "Refresh My Radio" to that subscription, you may have to call Sirius and have them do it if you have multiple accounts.
