finally got around to installing a set of evo’s rock sliders. Had them powder coated and painted the step plates with steel-it. The charcoal color gave it a nice two tone look.

Mine broke off a couple of weeks ago. Luckily it was the passenger side.

It should be doable with the 4 year old in a booster seat. That might free up enough extra space.

A Tahoe would be pretty good. Not to big but hasplenty of room for family trips and could still tow. Honestly this is the route my family would probably go as it gets bigger.

Same here have a set of evo’s drop brackets sitting in the garage and been debating on installing them in the wife’s rig. Might go ahead and do it.

Did they actually change out the type of bushings they were using? My original EVO set went out after a couple thousand miles and some hard wheeling. I need to get a new track bar and considering theirs or synergy’s at the moment.

With a 200 spring rate I would imagine it’s pretty plushy on road until you get into the secondaries. Any idea on the spacing between the slider and the stop nut.

I can see that especially since you don’t have as much up travel due to engine clearance. A little taller lift would give the suspension room to cycle.

That makes sense, I never knew what spring rates EVO went with for the 392. Do you know what upper rates they use?

@marcus37 I’m running their kit in the JT and after the hemi swap I went to 300/350 with an inch of preload. Currently sitting a little over 4.5 inches of lift. honestly if your wanting to come down in hight. I would go with a lighter spring rate so you can add in more preload and have more...

That was a few years ago unfortunately, today the kit 34,995 without labor (45 hours). Out the door price is around 42,000 now. And that’s crazy since I had mine swapped at the end of 2022 for 37k. Prices all around have gone up like crazy. As for Motech I’ve only heard good things about them...
