I have one mounted in the cargo area behind the rear seats. It mounts to the factory cage. I use mine for a different reason but you can see how it mounts. Also there are some pictures in crippledpetey's build thread here...

Important trail tip!, Never set anything that is of value or you want to keep on a rock or out of view when entering your Jeep. Anyways my replacement showed up today!

Well it turns out you cannot get to the inside of the door by just removing the panel, you need to pull the entire inside panel with all the controls. I just removed the bolts (10mm) and was able to get my remote grabber in to retrieve the business card. Which turned out to be from a offroad...
