metalcloak durospring bump stops

I've a 2.5" lift and i've changed original rubber bump stops with metalcloak. I've teraflex bump extensions. Now the space between the front bump stop and the axle is like 1/2"
Have i to take off the extesions?

It sounds like you may have answered your own question. How long are the extensions?

1/2" of up-travel is not really suitable for any purpose.

The bump stops are there to protect your shocks from bottoming out, or springs being over-compressed, without knocking your teeth out. If your springs are longer with the JKS springs, then there should be more travel before harm is done.
 
Thank you i'll make some test without extension. The teraflex extensions are 2.75" probably is the reason of the low space
