MOAB MADNESS - Easter Jeep Safari 2025

I was there and I barley missed you @wayoflife Eddie, I pulled up with Rubicat right after you and your group left!
Wish we would have connected.
I blew my Rear Ring n Pinon on Pritchett, and had to cut my trip short.
Would like to get some opinions > this should NOT be happening, this is # 4
And some opinions on going to Dynatrac 80
And if the Evo Double Throwdown system isn't the best for Hard Core Crawling?
It is Amazing on the dirt roads and sand and whoops, but is it a little weakening on the Crawling?
What motor are you running? I can’t see how suspension would have any impact on your differential

Obviously, the Moab Easter Jeep Safari is long and done with but I finally got around to dumping the photos I took along the way and thought some of you might appreciate seeing some highlights from it, that may or may not have made it into this thread. Anyway, I hope you enjoy :)

As you know, a group of us drove out from Carson City and did it all in a day and so, we had to hit the road at the crack of dawn. Here's a shot from where we stopped for breakfast out in Fallon that morning.

The definition of "Nevada" literally translates into "snowy peaks" and there's a reason for it.

Being that we would be passing right by Tin Camp, we decided to make a stop there for lunch and to let Ripley burn off some steam.

So, the whole drive out to Moab, Clay was fighting with his steering and assumed it was just his tires but on this obstacle, we found that he had been disconnected the whole time and while doing 80 MPH. Now, he was connected and that's the reason why he wasn't getting any flex LOL

Day 3 for us would be on a trail that I think most of us would rank high on the list if not it being a favorite, Kane Creek.

Obviously, there was a LOT of driving through the water but taking pics of that is kind of tough but here are a few that I was able to get.

And, here's a shot of us on our way out of the canyon and like always, parked for what seemed like hours due to trouble on the big obstacle.

Another shot with rigs going back as far as the eye can see.
