Watcha cookin'?

Was ham, now that we have a new state with can call it bacon with the proper prefix of snow mexican.

I have not personally made it. We usually keep the jowl for pork buns or ramen. Maybe I will make one, I have 9 jowls in the freezer so I might be able to spare one.
just put some maple syrup on it, and between two slices of french toast. (y)

My wife and I recently subscribed to Home Chef. Having 2 kids and one on the way it makes things a little easier. Also, half the time we would go to cook something and don’t have half the ingredients either.

We are absolutely impressed by yesterday and today’s dinners. Tonight was apricot glazed salmon with squash and zucchini. Took 20 - 30 minutes to make. I didn’t take a picture of yesterday’s cherry maple salmon with fingerling potatoes. IMG_9911.jpegIMG_9913.jpeg

Looks pretty good. My daughter and her boyfriend signed up for a similar service. She likes the convenience and portion control.
