Jeep Axes 8 Speed Automatic in 2025 3.6 Wrangler?

I'm a die hard manual fan, but I think Stellantis is making a mistake, especially in view of the awkward gear ratio choices of the current 6 speed

But it says you can get the auto with the 2.0 liter and 8.0 liter engines. What is wrong with that?
 
shoooot , i want a 2 door 4 banger 6 speed manual ...... bare bones no doors jeep... but no way they would ever offer that
