And just like that. Fountain quit and basically back to a low rumble.
In Overlander terminology, the mountain prematurely blew its load before anyone could enjoy the full effect.

Forgot about this thread. Here’s a timelapse from multiple cameras of episode 41 of Kīlauea eruption the other day that showered the east side of the island in ash. I believe these are the tallest fountains in Hawaii since the 1960s. These 2 fountains peaked at a height of 1500-1575’ .

Some awesome views in there. The closeups towards the end where you can see the double geysers was impressive. Pretty crazy to see all those people standing there so close at 2m15s.

Also, “car exhaust are killing the ozone!” Bullshit! Lol

Crazy how much has changed since the 2018 rift zone events. There was a small crater lake there for a couple of years. Now it’s back to business as usual.
