    02s are fairly cheap go with Mopar or NTK. Ive seen issues with some of the bosch ones on Jeeps. Jeep PCMs arent uncommon to go out but before changing it I would get the new quality 02s in and check your voltages, grounds, and heaters first.

    You can get a cheap one through amazon and they work the welds just dont look great. We get ours out of Cali, I just cant recall the name of the warehouse at the moment , they do cost more but we do not have issues with them and the welds are very clean.

    How many miles do you have since you cleared codes or disconnecting the battery? The 02s usually need a few cold starts and need to be driven like 20 minuets each time, the cat wont set till the 02 sets. If there is a problem it will throw a code after the monitor completes

    Theres nothing to get around, its perfectly legal to run other manufactures powertrains in different vehicles, you do need to run the full powertrain though, so engine and transmission must match. Running a hybrid, like a GM engine but Mopar transmission is not legal.
