We have those on my wife's JLUR. I was going to take them off but haven't done it yet. They're held on with POM rivets. You'll have to drill, cut, or pry the heads off. Then you'll need to get a POM riveter to reattach the fender liner to the fender. Harbor freight sells a POM rivet kit for...
