With factory control arms, you really need to be tightening the lowers and rear uppers to 190 ft lbs. The front uppers should be 75-80... -

with leafs, there is no real need for a sway bar. Even old CJs didn’t come with them.

No. The rear sway bar doesn’t limit flex. No need to disconnect it. -
