Oh I’ve been having that. Got my first shots in ’07 and been on anti inflammatories and pain meds since. It’s been bone on bone for a while but chunks of cartilage are cutting things up in there. Good ol VA care…

Same. I replaced the hardware though as what was supplied seemed to keep wanting to work loose. I drilled out and used larger bolts. Has some resistance to raise but stays up and out of the way when needed.👍

We got that in the Marine Corps except it was the beatings will continue until morale improves.🤣
