Do you put a cap over the lobster to steam them? I can't seem to get lobster to cook right on the blackstone.

No cap and they cook super fast. It’s not as good as grilled but it’s ok.

We pretty much always use these. Lower calories and carbs and high amount of protein. We use this brand for sandwiches too.

The weather is not too bad so I decided to make sure the Blackstone still worked and had not been sabotaged by the Raccoons and Opossums

Awesome! I’ve been doing carnivore too and lost 7lbs so far. However, I will not go without bourbon! I just don’t drink as much.
